Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electronic / Mechatronic / Electromechanical) or equivalent.

Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English

At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in service & repair of instruments

Proactive, result orientated, excellent analytical skills and able to work independently

Possess own transport & willing to travel outstation

Knowledge of computer skill is essential

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsibility for the daily activities of the service, repair, calibration & Technical support division
• To perform site installation, commissioning & repair works when required.
• Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve issues.
• Responsible for coordinating and reviewing any technical issue concerning which liaise with the principal.
• Providing technical assistance and support.
• Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
• Any other related job when required by the Head of Department
