Job Overview

Senior Broking Support, Reinsurance (Facultative) – We are hiring! Join our Reinsurance team in KL, Malaysia. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from the office.

What The Day Will Look Like

• Assisting brokers with all types of reinsurance placement services, including handling queries, providing relevant advice, and gathering market updates for the team.
• Responsible for renewal placement independently on accounts allocated by senior brokers.
• Manage data within the department by updating reinsurance placement activity on broker systems, ensuring accuracy and prompt processing.
• Prepare and check contracts / slips / endorsements / invoices and all relevant documents per timelines and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt billing and timely issuance of documentation.
• Work with internal teams to manage claims, premium and credit control matters.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, SOPs and corporate governance.
• Engage with clients and reinsurers, building strong relationships and networks.
• Contribute to operational projects to maintain and improve service standards.
• Support team and company marketing activities as required.
• Monitor department revenue and prepare reports as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Asia Pacific and the Global Facultative network to standardise operations workflow and drive growth.
