Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for commis chef at Moo Point Steaks, located in Georgetown. The role is to support the chef in the daily operations of the kitchen, assist with food preparation, cook and plate dishes, and ensure that all food meets restaurant standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in culinary techniques, food preparation, and cooking
• Experience in kitchen operations and maintaining cleanliness
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and high standards for food quality
• Relevant culinary certification or degree
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Adaptability and ability to learn new recipes and techniques quickly
