Operations Manager

Our client, a leading regional financial services and investment firm, is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities within their Operations Department, covering trade processing, trade confirmation, trading support, and client servicing functions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Brokerage or Securities Operations, with hands‑on knowledge of Bursa Malaysia market practices and settlement procedures. This role will suit someone who enjoys a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and is confident in leading operational teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and service excellence.
