Role Overview
We are looking for high-performing Business Development Consultants who can own the end-to-end BD process — from hunting new opportunities to closing deals and managing relationships. You will work directly with business owners, decision-makers, and corporate teams, adapting your approach to each client while using our AI-enabled offer stack to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and engage SME and corporate prospects
- Conduct consultative discovery meetings to understand client challenges
- Map workflows and business models to uncover opportunities
- Propose tailored solutions that align with client objectives
- Navigate corporate procurement processes and respond to RFPs
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and timely follow-ups in CRM
- Build long-term client relationships for recurring revenue opportunities
- Stay updated on AI trends, industry developments, and competitor activities
Requirements
2–5 years’ experience in business development, consultative sales, or account managementStrong business acumen — able to understand and discuss business models, marketing strategies, and operational processesAbility to adapt communication style for SMEs and corporatesProven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targetsSelf-driven, resourceful, and comfortable with flexible working arrangementsCurious, adaptable, and eager to learn about AI’s impact on business growthBonus Points If You Have
