About the role
As the Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Project Management, you will support the Project Manager in overseeing project activities, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and high-quality standards across SkyWorld Development's projects. This role reports directly to the Manager, Project Management.
Job Responsibilities :
Assist the Project Manager in preparing detailed project briefs, feasibility studies, project cash flow analyses, and budgeting.
Lead design development activities, ensuring technical compliance and alignment with project goals and company standards.
Coordinate technical aspects of the project, including drawing reviews, cost planning, and liaising with consultants and contractors.
Manage and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget.
Foster strong relationships with inter-department teams such as Sales & Marketing, Contracts, and Procurement to streamline project-related processes.
Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting key risks, challenges, and mitigation plans.
Support risk management activities and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Perform any other assignments as required by the Project Manager or Project Management Office (PMO).
Job Requirements :
Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in property development or construction-related projects.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in project management software tools, including MS Project and AutoCAD.
Strong analytical thinking and risk assessment skills with a focus on project success and continuous improvement.
