Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree holder in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent Requirements : - At least 2-4 years working experience in related field
- Good command of English (Writing and Speaking)
- A team player, independent and resourceful
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft excel & word
- Responsible positive attitude, mature and independent Job Descriptions : - Prepare and ensure timely submission of full set of account / management report
- Perform daily operation as to manage the billing, payment, banking transaction, planning of cash flow and other relevant account activities
- Liaise with auditor and tax agent on statutory reporting matter
- In charge of account and able to provide guidance to be a mentor for junior staff
- Able to manage general ledger, account receivables, account payable, cashbook and filing independently
- Includes handling general ledger & payment activities such as provide accruals, provision for balance sheet accounts, fixed assets and month end schedules, transaction payment etc.
- Ensures timely billings, recording & payments for both entities
- Play a key role in budgeting and rolling forecast bi-quarterly and yearly basis
- Analyse results vs budget and explain on the variances
- Able to assist General Manager in developing and implementing the monthly account processes and planning
- To carry out duties which may be assigned to you from time to time as requested by the Superior / General Manager of the Company
- Monitoring cleaners / service men to ensure they fulfill the job requirements
- In-charge of maintenance issues in the office
- To maintain office pantry, refreshments, and coordinate staff monthly refreshments
- Responsible of office receptionist such as incoming calls, incoming email and etc
- Handle all general office administration and maintenance related works of office facilities and up keeping of office equipment, office supplies and asset management
