About the role

We are a leading property development company, seeking a highly talented and experienced Senior Executive to join our Project Management team in our latest project in Salak Tinggi, Selangor. This is a contract role that will play a crucial part in overseeing the successful delivery of the company's property development project.

What you'll be doing

Lead, Manage and Hold the IOWs and Site Supervisor Team Members Accountable;
Manages and coordinate construction activities and deadlines;
Liaise with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and sales, to ensure seamless project execution
Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and propose solutions to address any challenges that arise
Ensures the project achieves a QLASSIC score of 75% and above;
Ensures health and safety compliance at site;
Reports of construction progress to authorities and provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and performance;
Manages vacant possession and defects liability period;
Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their project management skills.

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in the property development industry;

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Surveying, Architecture or its equivalent from a recognised university or institution

Strong knowledge of the design and construction processes and methods commonly used in the property development / construction industry;

Strong knowledge of PAM contract, CIS7 and QLASSIC / CONQUAS assessment criteria

Excellent problem-solving, report-writing, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills

Proficient in using project management software and tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A 3-year contract position.

Is willing to be based in Salak Tinggi, Selangor.
