Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be working as a member of a dynamic team that is responsible for integration of the M365 functionalities within Swift. - Responsibilities :
- ## Lead and mentor the Internal Operations Support team responsible for maintaining and optimizing SWIFT’s internal IT infrastructure and services that underpin global financial messaging operations. Foster a collaborative environment emphasizing reliability, security, and continuous improvement.
- ## Mentor the members of the chapter on their personal development and growth path, facilitate their performance reviews, and conduct regular performance dialogues
- ## Develop, implement, and continuously refine ITIL-aligned operational processes—including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Fulfillment management—tailored to support SWIFT’s internal IT environments, ensuring seamless service delivery and minimal disruption to business-critical systems.
- ## Analyze operational data and KPIs related to internal IT systems performance, incident trends, and resource utilization to support decision-making, capacity planning, and process improvements aligned with ITIL and SWIFT’s internal standards.
- ## Contribute to the organization's strategy and vision, by offering a broad range of ideas regarding collaboration tools and devices.
- ## Validate proposed solutions in relation to current / future End User Services environment. Integrate and deploy M365 functionalities.
- ## Prepare clear, detailed reports and presentations for senior management and governance forums, highlighting operational status, incident impact, SLA compliance, and recommendations for continuous service improvement.
- ## Oversee Level 2 support for complex incidents affecting SWIFT’s internal IT services, ensuring timely resolution, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions in line with SWIFT’s internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- ## Ensure all internal operational activities comply with SWIFT’s internal security policies, industry regulations and ITIL best practices to maintain high availability, security, and business continuity.##

- ## Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- ## Knowledge in collaborative tools (JIRA & ServiceNow) is required.
- ## University degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience.
- ## Prior experience as a System Engineer with Microsoft technologies.
- ## Knowledge in Microsoft M365 (Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Azure...) is an asset.
- ## Previous experience as people manager.
- ## Knowledge / Experience in Agile methodology is an asset.
