Content Creator (Xiaohongshu)

We are now looking for a XHS Content Creator who is keen to explore the career growth in supporting the back end and setting up process flow.

Role and Responsibilities

• Content creation and management on the Xiao Hong Shu (XHS) platform to build brand awareness, engagement, and drive conversions through creative, on-brand visual and written content.
• Develop and execute employer branding content to position the company as an attractive employer by showcasing workplace culture, employee stories, and recruitment-related updates.
• Curate, engage, and manage KOCs (Key Opinion Consumers) by creating lists of potential collaborators, reaching out, negotiating terms, and ensuring successful partnerships for mentions, shoutouts, and content collaborations that expand brand exposure.
• Collaborate with the Community Manager to identify, curate, and repurpose user-generated content (UGC), including posts, reviews, and mentions, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
• Conduct research and trend analysis to explore creative ideas, monitor viral content, and test new formats that resonate with the XHS audience and enhance content variation.
• Track and analyze content performance by monitoring engagement, reach, and conversion metrics on XHS, using insights to refine content strategies and maximize platform effectiveness.
• Stay updated on Xiao Hong Shu algorithms and best practices to optimize content for discoverability and visibility, ensuring continuous growth and brand exposure on the platform.
