Requirements
- SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities
Coordinate with employees and department heads on attendance and disciplinary matters.Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.Plan, coordinate, and handle employee training sessions as required.Ensure all administrative work aligns with company policies and legal requirements.Act as the primary contact for administrative queries and employee support.Handle daily office operations and manage office supplies.Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.Benefits
