Senior Finance Analyst Opportunity – A real impact. You will be a key player in driving the financial success of a dynamic business unit. This role focuses on insightful analysis, strategic contributions, and continuous improvement.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Take ownership of critical month‑end and quarter‑end processes, from GL entries to financial reports, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Own balance sheet reconciliations and collaborate with the Finance Business Partner to provide valuable insights and ensure financial health.
Support audit preparations and review tax‑sensitive accounts to ensure regulatory compliance.
Engage in ad‑hoc projects and analyses, providing insights that directly influence business strategy.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and contribute new ideas for improvement.
Collaborate closely with Finance Business Partner and stakeholders in a supportive, growth‑oriented environment.
Your meticulous work and analysis will directly contribute to the overall success of the business unit.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce. CA / CPA qualification (or advanced progress toward it) is desirable.

Solid experience managing the General Ledger and a strong foundation in Financial Accounting. Project accounting skills are a plus.

A proactive, hands‑on approach to financial and management reporting, with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel.

A passion for continuous improvement – bonus for Green Belt training.
