Job description

Location : Batu Caves, Selangor

Salary : RM2,800 – RM3,300 (based on experience)

Benefits : EPF, SOCSO

Candidates who can speak Chinese will be preferred.

Must have own transportation (work based in Batu Caves).

Job Responsibilities :

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support to ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage and resolve product / service issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on customer feedback and complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service reports.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in customer service or after-sales support is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Must be able to speak Chinese (Mandarin).
