Overview

The Network Reliability Engineer (Data Network Specialist) will support internal consumers in defining optimal network solutions. You will lead and support the deployment of network infrastructure for Roche affiliates globally, with a focus on the APAC region. Our network connects over 100,000 users across more than 15,000 devices, using LAN, WAN, Wireless, and Data Center LAN technologies to support Roche’s corporate network.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a Data Network Management Services liaison to Roche affiliates (consumers).
• Implements data network solutions based on engineering standards.
• Supports and coordinates Roche affiliates network requests and changes.
• Coordinates engagement with Roche vendors and third-party suppliers. Collaborates with internal and external parties on projects, escalations and resolutions of problems.
• Drives innovation through cutting-edge technologies and supports our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
