Job descriptionA relevant undergraduate degree. Proven experience in English language teaching (TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent preferred). Strong communication, organisational, and classroom management skills. A collaborative, adaptable, and learner-centered mindset. Proficiency in one or more additional languages is an asset. Good communication & interaction skills with clear diction. Ability to think independently and innovative individual. High Confidence and patience level Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of diverse students and learning styles.
Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive, learner-focused English lessons that inspire confidence and skill development.
- Monitor learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and mentor students towards their goals.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date student and course records.
- Assist in developing and updating teaching materials and assessments.
