Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute exhibition, event, and festive design concepts from initial idea to production.
  • Create 3D visuals, space planning, and sketches with attention to detail and functionality.
  • Research and select appropriate materials, textures, and finishes to enhance designs.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand expectations and creative direction approved by the client.
  • Manage end-to-end design processes, from concept to final execution.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and production teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Continuously refine designs based on client feedback and on-site execution requirements.
  • Provide detailed technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy in production.
  • Oversee the installation and execution of designs at event or exhibition venues.
  • Ensure the final product aligns with the approved creative direction and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot any design or structural issues that arise during setup.
  • Plan and design event interiors according to project requirements.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Achieve at least Diploma in related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in 3D design, preferably in festive, event, or exhibition design.
  • Language Proficiency : Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
  • Proficiency in 3D software such as SketchUp and AutoCAD.
  • Strong skills in Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Experience in exhibitions, events, festive decorations, and branding projects.
  • Knowledge of materials, fabrication processes, and spatial design principles.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
  • Strives to constantly go Above & Beyond in delivering quality work.
  • Office-based with occasional on-site visits for execution.
  • Fast-paced environment with tight project deadlines.
  • May require working beyond regular hours during peak seasons.
