Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and detailoriented.
  • Good in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Preference for candidates fluent in Mandarin to interact with clients

Responsibilities

  • Schedule Management:Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication : Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
  • Document Preparation : Draft reports, presentations, and important documents.
  • Office Maintenance : Ensure office supplies are stocked and everything is wellorganized.
  • Coordination : Liaise with other departments and external partners for smooth operations.
  • Confidentiality : Handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Personal Assistance : Assist the executive with personal errands as needed.
