Head of Product Design

We are proud to collaborate with a dedicated design partner supporting a market leader in the iGaming industry, in search of a visionary Head of Product Design. This role reports directly to the Product Director and will lead the design vision and delivery of world‑class digital experiences for global audiences.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Product Designers to create world‑class, user‑centered designs that balance business goals and player delight.
• Establish and maintain design standards, systems, and best practices that empower designers to deliver consistent and scalable experiences.
• Provide mentorship and actionable feedback, balancing high‑level guidance with hands‑on design direction where needed.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to conceptualize, iterate, and deliver high‑quality design solutions.
• Champion user experience excellence, ensuring design intent remains intact throughout the development process.
• Present design concepts and prototypes clearly to stakeholders persuasively.
• Oversee the preparation of structured, well‑documented design files and supervise their handoff to development.
• Drive prototype creation (mobile and desktop) to visualize and test user flows, animations, and interactions prior to implementation.
