Job description

Requirements

Fresh graduate (minimum SPM / Form 5 qualification). Able to communicate in Chinese or Indian language (for dealing with suppliers / customers). Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry). Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Good communication and teamwork skills. Responsibilities

Assist in handling purchasing documentation (PO, DO, invoices, Apply CO CA and etc.). Communicate with suppliers to request quotations, follow up on orders, and ensure timely delivery. Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory. Support the Purchasing Department in daily administrative tasks. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
