Key Responsibilities :

1. Online Bidding & Lead Generation

  • Generate new business opportunities through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, Fiverr, etc.
  • Write effective project proposals and customize bids based on client requirements.

2. Client Communication & Relationship Management

  • Interact with international clients to understand project needs and pitch suitable solutions.
  • Conduct video / voice calls, follow-ups, and maintain regular communication.
  • 3. Proposal & Documentation

  • Prepare business proposals, project estimates, scope documentation, and other client‑facing materials.
  • Ensure clarity in technical and commercial terms.
  • 4. Market Research & Strategy

  • Identify new markets and client segments.
  • Keep track of platform algorithm changes and bidding trends.
  • 5. Revenue Growth

  • Drive consistent closure of projects and meet monthly / quarterly sales targets.
  • Upsell additional services based on client needs (SEO, web development, etc.).
  • 6. Coordination & Reporting

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and closed deals.
  • Required Skills :

  • 2–3 years of experience in online bidding and business development in IT or digital marketing domain.
  • Strong experience in Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, or other freelance platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication.
  • Proficiency in client interaction, requirement gathering, and relationship building.
  • Basic understanding of IT services such as websites, apps, SEO, social media, etc.
  • Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Job Type : Full‑time

    Pay : RM1,652.51 – RM5,000.00 per month
