Overview

Talent Acquisition Specialist | Specializing in Accounting, Tax, Audit & Advisory Services

— Malaysia, Singapore and Australia. This is a full-time, on-site role (near KLCC, Kuala Lumpur) with delivery primarily to Singapore and Australia. We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Trainer with deep expertise in accounting, auditing and business-related training. The role requires a candidate who has worked in a Big 10 accounting firm, holds a certified trainer qualification, and has at least 5 years of experience delivering professional training. You will primarily support clients from Singapore and Australia, including delivering Competency-Based Development (CBD) courses. Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver engaging training programs in accounting, auditing, and related business topics. Conduct workshops and sessions for internal teams and external corporate clients (primarily from Singapore and Australia). Develop and provide CBD-compliant training aligned with professional development frameworks. Tailor content based on client industry, experience level, and regulatory requirements. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and learner progress through assessments and feedback. Stay current with changes in financial reporting, auditing standards, and training best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess skill gaps and design relevant learning solutions. Prepare supporting materials such as manuals, slides, and interactive resources. Work entirely on-site at our office near KLCC (no hybrid or remote option). Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in professional training focused on accounting and finance. Prior experience at a Big 10 accounting firm is mandatory. Holds a Certified Trainer qualification (e.g., CPTD, HRDF / PSMB, or equivalent). Demonstrated ability to deliver training for Singaporean and Australian clients is an advantage. Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills. Experience in designing and delivering Competency-Based Development (CBD) courses. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Must be willing to work full-time from our office near KLCC, Monday to Friday. What We Offer
