Who We’re Looking For : As Digital Manager, you will lead a team to plan and execute the agency's digital offerings. You will be required to effectively manage, coordinate, problem-solve and execute marketing campaigns from planning to completion. Digital Managers who have experience in managing teams in digital or traditional agencies are encouraged to apply. Job Responsibilities : -Reports to the Digital Director. -Ability to lead a team of 2 or more members. Your role includes managing team resources, progression and growth, providing guidance and support, as well as performing performance reviews to ensure team members are engaged and motivated. -Client and project management lead of digital marketing campaigns, website development, mobile app development, social media management and maintenance of client's digital platforms, including content planning and management. -Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service. You will also be the primary point of contact for clients; managing their expectations and providing regular updates on the status of projects and campaigns. -Prepares clear and thorough briefs for the Creative and Technical departments, based on client’s requirements. -Collaborate with internal teams (Creative and Tech) to develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies to fulfill your clients’ objectives. -Manage project timelines, track progress and review quality of delivery to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget. -Analyze campaign performance data and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement. -Identify new opportunities to grow client accounts.
