Application Engineer

Overview

The Application Engineer based in Malaysia will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues on-site, support sales activities, and enhance customer relationships in SEA markets.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development : Support the sales team with technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal preparation; collaborate with customers to identify solutions that meet their requirements; develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within the AHU manufacturing industry.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting : Provide technical guidance on product applications and specifications to HVAC manufacturers and customers; conduct on-site troubleshooting and resolve technical issues related to our products; assist in testing and commissioning at customer sites.
• Product & Project Management : Work closely with the R&D and Product Management teams to provide market feedback; assist in new product introduction, training, and application development; ensure all project deliverables meet customer expectations in terms of quality and performance.
• Customer Service & Collaboration : Serve as the key liaison between customers and internal teams; provide technical training and support to customers and distributors; ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
