Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain and service existing client accounts (mainly B2B, CCTV, Door Access, Networking products).
  • Update customer records, handle order processing, coordinate delivery, and follow up on payment collection.
  • Support sales operations with day-to-day coordination between customers and internal teams.
  • Build rapport with clients and channel partners through consistent communication and service.
  • Focus on maintaining relationships with an existing base of customers, with some business development where required.

Job Requirements

  • No specific diploma / degree requirement — hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn.
  • Sales experience in security products (CCTV, Door Access, Network) is an advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to handle client-facing roles confidently.
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented to ensure smooth sales cycles.
  • Bilingual preferred to liaise with diverse customers.
