Human Resources Business Partner at Felda Travel Sdn Bhd
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Oversees all operations and day-to-day activities in a hotel organization, including managing everything from accounting, sales, business development, and customer service.
Ensure full compliance with Hotel operation control, SOP’s policies, procedures, and service standards
Responsible for the preparation, presentation, and subsequent achievement of the hotel’s annual operating Budget, Marketing and sales plan, and capital budget.
Ensure all decision is made in the best interest of the hotel and management.
Developing improvement actions and carrying out cost savings.
Prepare a monthly management report.
Coordination with HODs for the execution of all the activities and functions.
Overseeing and managing all departments and working closely with department heads daily.
Monitoring employee performance and conducting regular evaluations to help improve customer service.
Resolving issues regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies.
Organizing activities and assigning responsibilities to employees to ensure productivity.
Creating and applying a marketing strategy to promote the hotel’s services and amenities.
Coordinating with external parties, including suppliers, travel agencies, and conference planners.
Evaluating hotel performance and ensuring compliance with health and safety rules.
Partaking in financial activities, including establishing room rates, setting budgets, and assigning funds to departments.
QUALIFICATION
Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or any related field
Minimum 5 years of working experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Good in numerical, verbal and written communication skills
