Job description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Customer Onboarding :

Responsible for local merchants' sign-up, KYC, and related processes.

  • Customer Implementation :
  • Handle implementation, deployment, training, and regular inspections for local merchants to ensure stable operation of customer software and systems.

  • After-Sales Service :
  • Address various issues encountered by customers during POS usage, including device malfunctions, transaction anomalies, and operational queries.

  • Market Research & Feedback :
  • Collect market trends and user feedback, analyze competing products, and provide insights to support product development and enhance market competitiveness.

  • Customer Consultation & Support :
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding POS product performance, functions, pricing, etc., and provide personalized product recommendations to meet diverse customer needs.

  • Other Duties :
  • Carry out customer production validation, channel integration support, and other tasks as required by business needs.

    Requirements :

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and resolve issues quickly and accurately.
  • Technical background and computer skills, with proficiency in operating POS machines and related software, plus basic knowledge of networking and computer maintenance.
  • Relevant work experience preferred; familiarity with the POS industry and related business processes is an advantage.
  • Education : Diploma or higher.
  • Language : Proficiency in English and the local language is required; Mandarin is an added advantage.
