Job Responsibilities :
Responsible for local merchants' sign-up, KYC, and related processes.
Handle implementation, deployment, training, and regular inspections for local merchants to ensure stable operation of customer software and systems.
Address various issues encountered by customers during POS usage, including device malfunctions, transaction anomalies, and operational queries.
Collect market trends and user feedback, analyze competing products, and provide insights to support product development and enhance market competitiveness.
Answer customer inquiries regarding POS product performance, functions, pricing, etc., and provide personalized product recommendations to meet diverse customer needs.
Carry out customer production validation, channel integration support, and other tasks as required by business needs.
