At JF Technology, we’re looking for an aspiring and talented Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in the development of cutting‑edge products that power the future of semiconductor testing solutions.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing and developing innovative products and solutions that drive performance and reliability in the semiconductor industry. You’ll collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to create high‑performance, precision test sockets and interface solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and design projects as per customer specifications and requirements.
• Perform design concept, detail drawings, assembly drawings and Build of Material (BOM).
• Provide technical backup to Design Engineers and engineering HOD.
• Complete design projects on time with a sense of urgency to meet customer and delivery expectations.
• Support operations and sales departments on technical matters when required.
• Lead new development projects and First‑of‑Kind (FOK) developments.
• Develop standard design library or drawing templates.
• Work closely with manufacturing team for continuous improvement in design and processes.
• Support the design team on tight schedules by extra working hours.
• Manage product testing, validation, Design of Experiments (DOE), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Work Instruction (WI), and report writing.
• Assemble design prototypes and provide training to relevant parties.
• Provide technical support at customer premises when required.
• Assist in other engineering related documentation and administration.
