- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
- Produce a variety of content formats including : Short-form videos , Interviews & testimonials, Highlight videos, Social event coverage.
- Ensure content aligns with ZUS's brand voice and aesthetics.
Community Management
Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, tags, and mentions across platforms.Foster meaningful interactions to grow an active and loyal community.Address customer inquiries and feedback professionally and promptly.Keep a pulse on trending topics and conversations relevant to the ZUS audience.Campaign & Initiative Support
Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and engagement initiatives.Propose and manage social giveaways, contests, or community shoutouts to drive retention.Work with the team from ideation to post-campaign review.Monitoring &Reporting
Track daily engagement and community sentiment surrounding the ZUS brand.Provide daily social media monitoring reports; Mentions and tags, Sentiment trends, Performance of key content, Emerging feedback from the community.Qualifications and Experiences
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.Excellent communication skills in English and Malay (written and verbal); Mandarin is a plus.Comfortable on camera ; not camera-shy.Familiar with key social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) and their tools / features.Proficient in Canva and basic video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).Proactive, creative, and always ready to contribute ideas.Able to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-moving environment.Minimum CGPA of 3.3 or equivalent academic achievement.Bonus : You're already an active content creator or influencer.a Necessity, not a Luxury
