Job descriptionDeliver, set up, install, configure, test, and commission hardware network devices (Server, Switch, Router, Gateway, Phones, etc) and the software. -Planning, coordinating, and liaising with clients / vendors for the related network infrastructure readiness. -Provide level 1 and level 2 support such as troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network-related problems. -Involve in preparing and documenting standard operating procedures and protocols (e.g. low-level design, diagram, work plan, etc). -Provide user training to the clients, resellers, etc, when necessary. -Produce reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes and propositions for further network performance enhancement. -To assist in any pre-sales activities such as site survey and POC, which may require going outstation or travel inboud and outboard. -Any ad hoc task that may be assigned from time to time.
