As a Technical Instructor at Lam, you\'ll conduct dynamic technical training for customers and employees. You\'ll craft course content specifications and engaging lesson plans. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you ensure alignment with the latest product features. To succeed in the role, the ideal candidate will need to combine practical learning experience and engaging teaching methods to deliver high-quality instruction. We’re in the semi-conductor industry with worldwide demand for computer chips. Our customer needs are critical so the ideal candidate will need to be willing to roll up their sleeves, efficiently prioritize, and deliver quick results. Who We’re Looking For

1 to 3+ years of relevant Instructor Lead Technical Training Experience with Manufacturing Bachelor’s degree or diploma in related field or equivalent experience Experience in all Microsoft Applications including SharePoint, Yammer, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat and Illustrator. Preferred Qualifications

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills. Demonstrated use of multiple learning methods and linking appropriate methods with learners and outcomes. Demonstrated ability to assess training effectiveness. Experience collaborating with subject matter experts, global stakeholders, and managers. Willingness to roll up sleeves, tackle diverse and varied problems, and find innovative, scalable solution Experience with e-learning tools such as Camtasia 9, Articulate Storyline 360 and Vyond Our commitment

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer / supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer / supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
