Job descriptionManage (end-to-end) engagements and deliverables (accounting, payment administration, GST, payroll and statutory) in serving a portfolio of clients. Demonstrate professional financial expertise in meeting basic to complex accounting and finance-related requirements for the clients. Review accounts prepared by the accounts assistants / seniors. Coach and mentor the juniors. Resource planning, ensure cost-effectiveness & work efficiency of assignments. Passionate in building and growing the business to serve a great diversity of clients in various industries. Work with relevant stakeholders (internal and external) to drive transformation through digitisation to support the firm's objectives. Keep abreast with new software and technology within the market that can increase productivity and efficiency of the practice.
RSM Stone Forest, the largest accounting and business advisory group outside the Big 4 in Singapore. We are looking for candidates to be part of the Accounting Team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will be servicing Singapore clients and you will learn and gain experience in SFRS and GST with guidance and support by the experience Accounting team in Singapore.
Roles & Responsibilities
Senior Accounts Executive
- Prepare full sets of accounts (routine and ad hoc engagements) and payroll
- Handle payment administration for clients
- Review and check junior team members' work to ensure accuracy and completeness in their work
- Familiar with SFRS, GST and payroll reporting requirements
- Provide support and guidance to clients and staff in the daily use of accounting software
- Plays an active support role in the digital transformation roadmap.
- Assist in any other assignment or special projects as required
