Job Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to Logistics clients
  • Handle inquiries and issues related to logistics
  • Manage a high volume of customer interactions through various channels
  • Analyze customer feedback and identify trends to drive process improvements

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in Mandarin
  • Open to Malaysian candidates only
  • Educational qualifications : Diploma, A-Level, Degree, preferably in Business Administration or related fields
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Contract duration : 6 months
  • Working hours : 45 hours / week
  • Location : KLP Puchong
  • Salary : RM 2800 - RM 3000
