  • Mencari & Menarik Pelanggan Baru
  • Mencari sekolah, kelab, atau syarikat untuk tempahan baju sukan, jersi, tudung, dan lain-lain produk Bumihayat.
  • Menghubungi pelanggan melalui panggilan, WhatsApp, e-mel, dan lawatan terus.
  • 2. Urus Pelanggan Sedia Ada
  • Menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan tetap.
  • Mengurus pesanan ulangan, pertanyaan status tempahan, dan follow-up selepas penghantaran.
  • 3. Sediakan Quotation & Order Form
  • Menyediakan sebutharga dan invois pelanggan.
  • Pastikan semua maklumat tempahan lengkap sebelum dihantar ke bahagian produksi.
  • 4. Rancang & Capai Sasaran Jualan Bulanan
  • Bekerjasama dengan pasukan pemasaran untuk capai KPI jualan.
  • Lapor perkembangan jualan kepada Pengurus Jualan atau Managing Director.
  • 5. Laporan & Rekod Jualan
  • Kemas kini senarai pelanggan dan status bayaran dalam sistem atau Google Sheet.
  • Sediakan laporan prestasi mingguan dan bulanan.
  • 6. Kolaborasi Dengan Team Produksi & Design
  • Bekerjasama dengan team kilang untuk pastikan tempahan disiapkan tepat masa.
  • Menyampaikan maklum balas pelanggan kepada pihak produksi.
