Head of Marketing, Brands and Communications , working closely with all departments to ensure our IT systems and support run smoothly. Responsibilities
In this role, you will : Act as the
first point of contact
for users for all IT incidents and service requests. Assist in
maintaining
our
upcoming mobile app
(not developing it, but helping ensure smooth performance). Provide basic support and management of
AI tools
and software that the company will be adopting. Log, track, follow up, update, and monitor reported issues. Manage user IDs, passwords, and security parameters. Maintain and update antivirus tools, oversee firewall security, and ensure data protection compliance. Safeguard company digital assets, devices, and business data. Handle IT inventory—laptops, desktops, storage devices, and peripherals. Coordinate with authorized service providers for repairs and replacements. Requirements
Possess a Degree in Engineering, Technology in Telecommunications, IT, or a related field, demonstrating your solid foundation in IT principles. Some working knowledge of software engineering concepts. At least 1 year experience in IT & Customer support environment, bringing valuable insights and expertise to our team. Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset. Technical Skills : Basic understanding of
databases, networks, hardware , system security, and backup / recovery protocols. Familiarity with
Windows OS ,
Microsoft Office , antivirus tools, and data backup solutions. Knowledge of
software development principles
is a bonus, especially in understanding app architecture and functionality. Ready for a new adventure?
