Key Responsibilities

• Plan resources for test optimization projects.
• Execute test optimization projects according to Infineon Test Roadmap.
• Develop test packages for power discrete, power IC, and sensor products for wafer test and final test following standard test engineering milestones.
• Develop qualification plans for test packages – qualify and implement new packages into production following standard business processes (e.g., TPT, TPC).
• Monitor performance and quality of new test packages to ensure all specifications are met.
• Document standard test package release documents.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to test development engineers to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Drive segment‑wide test improvement programs and realization projects with development and production teams (e.g., test time, yield, GRnR, OEE).
• Support development of new test concepts with division to achieve best test cost and efficiency.
• Support evaluation of new test cells and test materials (test socket, test board, probe card).
• Contribute to technical and innovation aspects – technical papers, patent write‑ups.
