Livestream Operations & Performance Manager

Job descriptionCreate weekly and monthly livestream schedules across all sectors Assign hosts based on their skills, suitability for the brand, and required output Guarantee fulfillment of all scheduled hours for TikTok Shop, Lazada Live, and KOL livestreams Oversee host availability, manage replacements, and ensure discipline Supervise studio utilization and livestream controllers Ensure all livestreams commence smoothly and adhere to standard operating procedures Monitor livestreams daily to pinpoint gaps in hooks, flow, retention, product presentation, and pacing Provide organized feedback to hosts and controllers Enhance livestream structure : introductions, engagement techniques, selling points, call-to-actions, and conversion strategies Create a JAM Livestream Playbook (best practices, hooks, formats, and communication structures) Analyze key performance indicators (watch time, conversion rates, click-through rates, and drop-off rates) Transform insights into actionable weekly improvements Train hosts in the following areas : storytelling and product presentation confidence, energy, and pacing objection handling effective communication high-conversion call-to-action techniques Develop a straightforward progression / training framework for junior to mid-level to senior hosts Ensure hosts demonstrate consistent improvement each month Business Development → comprehend brand expectations and objectives Project Team → refine key unique selling propositions, promotional structures, and briefs Operations Controller → guarantee a smooth technical process Hosts → deliver engaging live sessions Develop and refine SOPs for : livestream preparation host workflow controller instructions hourly scheduling studio management Create reporting dashboards for : fulfilled hours livestream performance host performance metrics studio utilization
Role Summary
We seek a Livestream Operations & Performance Manager to enhance and manage JAM’s comprehensive livestream environment across platforms such as TikTok, Lazada, KOL channels, non-KOL hosts, and IP accounts.
The ideal candidate will ensure :
- Smooth execution of all livestream schedules, hosts, and studios
- Reliable fulfillment of hours
- Consistent improvement in live quality
- Support and training for hosts
- Progressive enhancement of JAM’s livestreams in terms of focus, conversion, and structure
