Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Manager to lead our IT operations and drive digital transformation initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure while implementing advanced technology solutions to support business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership abilities, and hands-on experience in IT management, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance within the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities :
1. IT Strategy & Leadership :
- Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead the IT department, overseeing technology adoption, infrastructure, and security.
- Manage IT budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
2. System Implementation & Digital Transformation :
Lead the full-cycle implementation of technology solutions, ensuring adherence to the user requirements and project scope.Develop and manage project plans, assigning resources, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timelines are met.Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.Conduct regular project reviews, manage stakeholder expectations, and resolve challenges promptly.Perform post-implementation evaluations to measure success against business objectives.3. IT Infrastructure & Security Management :
Oversee the maintenance, upgrade, and security of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments.Implement robust cybersecurity frameworks, ensuring protection against threats, data breaches, and unauthorized access.4. Business Continuity & Risk Management :
Develop and implement IT risk management and disaster recovery plans.Conduct regular system audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure compliance and security best practices.Ensure data governance, backup policies, and IT contingency plans are in place.5. IT Operations & Support :
Oversee IT helpdesk operations, ensuring smooth support for internal users.Establish IT policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks for system usage, access controls, and data protection.Drive IT training and awareness programs for employees to enhance cybersecurity awareness.Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.Minimum 10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in leadership role, preferably in the financial services industry.Proven track record in system implementation, IT infrastructure management, IT operation and support.Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, network security, and risk management.Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and cross-functional teams effectively.Strong communication skills with the ability to present IT strategies and technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.Demonstrates a strong determination to achieve goals and overcome challenges.Takes proactive steps and demonstrates initiative to take on tasks independently.Hard-working and diligence in carrying out responsibilities.A Goal Go-Getter to achieve objectives and meet targets.Hungry to Succeed in their role.An enthusiastic learner to acquire new knowledge and skills.
