Senior Videographer & Editor

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Videographer & Editor to join our team. You will be responsible for capturing, producing, and editing high-quality video content for a variety of platforms including social media, corporate campaigns, brand activations, and live events.

This is a hands-on role that requires creative storytelling skills, technical proficiency in video production, and strong leadership in overseeing the video content process from pre-production to final output.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and execute video shoots, including pre-production planning, lighting, and camera operation.

Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content aligned with the creative brief.

Collaborate with directors, producers, and other creatives to deliver visually compelling stories.

Handle color grading, sound design, and motion graphics (where needed).

Manage media assets, organize footage, and maintain project archives.

Mentor junior videographers / editors and ensure high production standards across projects.

Stay updated with industry trends, video tools, and production techniques.

Requirements :

Fluent in Mandarin / Cantonese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin / Cantonese is a must)

At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in videography and video editing.

Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other editing software.

Strong knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and on-set production techniques.

Excellent sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.

A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in commercials, events, or branded content.

Experience in event coverage, green screen, and multi-camera setup is a plus.
