  • Senior FP&A Analyst
  • to join our Group Finance team. This role will support executive-level reporting, planning cycles, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning & Reporting
  • Prepare accurate and insightful
  • monthly Group management reports
  • for senior leadership team.
  • Support the
  • end-to-end planning cycle
  • , including Budget, Forecast, and annual financial calendar preparation (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Capex, and key KPIs).
  • Develop
  • executive-level presentations
  • to communicate financial performance and business insights.
  • Handle
  • ad-hoc analysis and business queries
  • from management.
  • Continuous Improvement & Transformation
  • Lead the
  • standardization and streamlining
  • of core FP&A reports and tools (e.g., OneStream Cube View, Budget & Forecast submissions, Management P&L).
  • Build and enhance
  • advanced reporting models
  • and KPI frameworks for improved decision-making.
  • Drive
  • process improvements
  • by implementing standardised, automated, and integrated forecasting and budgeting methodologies.
  • Support reporting automation efforts and act as a
  • Transformation Champion
  • within Group Finance.
  • Essential Skills & Competencies
  • Technical Skills
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, including the ability to develop automated tools, templates, and analytical models. ERP exposure is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of project management, continuous improvement methodologies, and systems enhancement.
  • Working knowledge of IFRS and accounting standards.
  • Business & Analytical Skills
  • Ability to analyze revenue, EBIT performance, working capital trends, and capital deployment effectiveness.
  • Experience developing data-driven assumptions and insights within a structured FP&A environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and communicate clearly with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality management reports, dashboards, presentations, and KPI analysis.
  • Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Professional qualification (CA / CPA) is highly desirable.
  • Minimum
  • 3 years of relevant FP&A experience
  • in shared services or multinational environment.
