Communications Specialist (Open to Malaysia & Thailand)

Does being a hands-on Communications Specialist with operational know-how in a dynamic, fast-paced business excite you? We’re looking for a forward-thinking, curious, and creative individual to craft engaging content, design impactful visuals, and support communications campaigns across SEA and Group Services.

What you can expect to do :

Coordinate day-to-day communications support, including calendars, logistics, and vendor liaison for campaigns, events, and townhalls.
Draft, edit, and publish content across internal channels to engage employees.
Create and adapt visuals, videos, and digital assets that support branding, leadership messages, and employee stories.
Manage trackers, budgets, procurement, and reports to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
Organize and maintain shared resources while collaborating with global teams to ensure brand alignment.

Some things that will help you thrive :

Strong written and spoken English, with additional regional languages a plus.

Creative mindset with an eye for design, content creation, and video production.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A self-starter with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude, eager to learn and contribute.

A collaborative team player with enthusiasm for cross-functional projects.
