Overview

Account Assistant — Salary Range RM2,500++

Our team is looking for an Account Assistant to manage invoices and support accounts / admin tasks, ensuring accurate records and timely communication with suppliers and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Generating invoices, posting into the ABSS system, and updating reports
  • Emailing invoices to customers
  • Updating fund transfer reports
  • Checking and verifying suppliers’ invoices
  • Maintaining proper filing and documentation
  • Assisting in other accounts / admin related tasks as needed
  • Communicating and coordinating with clients, shippers, and overseas vendors (China, Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan, etc.)
  • Verifying vendor invoices and updating profit and loss records

Qualifications

  • SPM or higher
  • MS Office savvy
  • Analytical skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Team player
  • Knowledge in ABSS will be an added advantage
  • Able to start work immediately
  • 5 days work per week
  • Additional Details

    Working hours : 5 days per week

    Location : Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
