Job descriptionDegree / Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. SPM / SKM with at least 3 years working experiences in a manufacturing environment will be considered. Technically inclined with experience in multi-axis CNC machining. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Adhere to good housekeeping and safety practices. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Job Summary :
We are seeking for CNC Programmer to develop, optimize and support CNC machining operations including 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis milling, turning and other machining processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for 3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis milling and turning, contribute to process improvements, support new project development and ensure that all machining programs meet design specifications, production efficiency, accuracy and high quality.
- Troubleshoot and improve machining processes by optimizing cutting parameters, tool selection and cycle times.
- Support the development of new projects and First Articles (FA) submissions.
- Carry out any other tasks or assignments as and when deems fit and appropriate.
