Finance Analyst ( Petaling Jaya, Selangor)

Overview

Finance Analyst (Petaling Jaya, Selangor) at CBRE Asia Pacific. This role reports to the finance lead and collaborates with the operations team to execute the month-end closing process, ensuring precision and compliance of all financial transactions. It also involves monitoring AR, AP, and balance sheet status to maintain TWC in good standing and ensure accurate presentation of account assets and liabilities. Key Responsibilities

Manage monthly billing, accruals, and journal posting processes Handle intercompany cross-charges and cost allocations across APAC Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and cost tracking Maintain and update PO tracking for clients and vendors Ensure ERP / JIRA data accuracy and resolve system issues Coordinate with on-site teams for training and process alignment What You’ll Need

Bachelor\'s Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset Intermediate math skills and ability to calculate figures such as percentages and fractions Proficiency in Chinese is a plus, as this role works closely with the China market Note : Please submit your up-to-date resume for consideration.
