Senior Teacher

We’re looking for a Senior Teacher who brings calm leadership, creativity and heart, turning everyday experiences into meaningful learning moments.

What You’ll Do :

Design and lead hands-on, project-based lessons that inspire curiosity and confidence.

Build a calm, joyful classroom through consistent routines and positive guidance.

Observe and document each child’s growth and suggest strategies to bridge learning gaps.

Mentor junior teachers and collaborate on lesson planning and classroom improvement.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring :

Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).

Minimum 2 years of preschool teaching experience.

Strong classroom management and communication skills.

A deep belief that learning should be joyful, purposeful and full of wonder.
