We are looking for a motivated Finance Intern or Junior Finance Executive who can apply their academic knowledge of finance modules directly within ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have strong fundamentals in finance and accounting, along with practical exposure to ERP platforms to support day-to-day financial operations.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Finance Intern or Junior Finance Executive who can apply their academic knowledge of finance modules directly within ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have strong fundamentals in finance and accounting, along with practical exposure to ERP platforms to support day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform finance and accounting tasks within ERP systems, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities through ERP reporting and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts using ERP tools.
  • Generate reports and provide insights to support business decision-making.
  • Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data flow into ERP systems.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize ERP workflows and improve process efficiency.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree / diploma in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting modules (GL, AP, AR, budgeting, reporting).
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent) is mandatory.
  • Ability to utilize ERP knowledge to manage and analyze financial data effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
