Job Description – Executive Assistant (Kota Kinabalu)
About Us
Faith Fishing Charter Sdn Bhd is a fast-growing tourism and leisure company based in Kota Kinabalu. We specialize in luxury fishing trips, wine-and-dine onboard experiences, and premium catamaran charters. We are expanding and looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support our management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to executives.
- Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and meetings.
- Draft and prepare reports, documents, and correspondence in Mandarin and English.
- Act as a liaison between executives, staff, clients, and partners.
- Assist in coordinating projects, follow-ups, and business initiatives.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Support HR (scheduling interviews, onboarding staff) and operations when required.
- Contribute to marketing, sales support, and client relations in a tourism setting.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.Excellent command of Mandarin and English (spoken & written).Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.High level of discretion and professionalism.Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Compensation & Benefits
