About the role
The Trade Marketing Executive will support the Trade Marketing team in driving effective in-store execution, brand visibility, and promotional activities. This role works closely with the Key Account Sales team and other internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful implementation of trade initiatives.
What you'll be doing
- Assist the Trade Marketing Manager in daily operations, coordination, and reporting.
- Act as liaison with Key Account team to arrange POSM placement and in-store activation support.
- Ensure timely execution of promotional packs, gift-with-purchase, and trade campaigns in line with agreed timelines.
- Manage POSM stock, allocation, and distribution across channels.
- Monitor and manage trade marketing budgets, claims, and spending to ensure cost efficiency, accurate tracking, and compliance with company policies.
- Conduct regular trade checks to ensure brand visibility and compliance with trade marketing guidelines.
- Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and agencies for production and delivery of POSM and activation materials.
- Prepare post-campaign evaluation reports to measure ROI, effectiveness, and learning for future activations.
- Provide administrative support including trade calendar updates, activation trackers, and report consolidation.
- Ensure and check on merchandising team execution quality and share feedback with management.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, operation and supply chain to align trade execution with overall business objectives.
What we're looking for
Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.1–3 years' experience in Trade Marketing, Key Account Support, or FMCG-related role (fresh grads with internship experience are welcome).Strong coordination and organizational skills with attention to detail.Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.Passion for FMCG, trade marketing, and execution excellence.
