Job description

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and inspire our property sales team. You'll be instrumental in driving sales performance, developing talent, and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

You will be remunerated with good salary & attractive income based on your performance and effort : -

  • Basic Salary up to RM 10,000
  • Commission up to RM90,000 per unit
  • Extra Commission for achieving monthly sales targets.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for :

  • Develop a team of highly motivated and result orientated sales personnel.
  • Set clear sales targets and drive team performance to meet or exceed targets.
  • Directly lead manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to effectively close deals and maximize sales conversions.
  • Conduct regular internal training sessions to improve the team's presentation, negotiation and closing skills and continuously improving overall sales performance.
  • Monitor and track individual and team sales performance using CRM and other relevant reports.
  • Ensure all booking and sale processes strictly comply with property regulations and company SOPs.
  • Prepare monthly Sales reports as according to company policies & procedures.
  • Assist & support the superior in overall Sales & Marketing functions.
  • Oversee the team's efforts in building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • To be successful in this role, you should possess :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience within the property development industry, with a proven ability to lead a sales team.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, while an excellent command of English and Mandarin is highly desirable to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Self-motivated, results oriented, a proactive team player and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with using customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Must be able to work during weekends and public holidays.
  • Possess own transportation.
