Key Responsibilities
Meet sales targets through new business, upselling, and partnershipsCoordinate sales activities with internal teams and departmentsAnalyze market trends, competitors, and opportunitiesGenerate leads (cold calls / emails) and convert them into businessPresent and promote training and engineering services to clientsNegotiate with both customers and suppliers to maximize valueMaintain strong customer relationships and manage accountsPrepare proposals, fill quotations, and input data into internal systemsInvestigate and resolve customer issues, providing solutions and reporting to managementAttend meetings, events, and training to stay updated on industry trendsRequirements
Proven experience in aviation sales (B2B) and direct negotiationsEducation in Business, Aviation Management, Engineering, or Marketing preferredExcellent communication, time management, and organizational skillsConsultative sales approach with a customer-first mindsetAbility to handle technical and service-related informationResults-driven, self-motivated, and collaborativeFluent in English and at least one Asian language (required)Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
