Overview
We are looking for a Senior Executive, Digital Marketing who will primarily manage digital accounts and diversify the channel mix through paid social channels. You will focus on campaign‑specific results and drive our performance with the goal of generating high‑quality student leads and increasing enrollments across our education ecosystem.
Requirements : 2–3 years of experience in a performance‑marketing role within an agency or brand.
Key Tasks
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to meet key performance metrics.
- Continuously optimize marketing activities to improve ROI.
- Allocate budgets, analyze ad spends, and recommend modifications.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to guide A / B creative, incrementality, and spend‑scaling tests.
- Maximize Cost per Acquisition (CPA) by optimizing marketing budgets.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint for data exporting, tabulating, and visualization.Navigation and interpretation of Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and similar tools.Experience with Facebook Ad Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.Bonus : Knowledge of Google Marketing Platform (Campaign Manager & DV360).Ability to advise on implementation of Google Analytics, Event Triggers, Google Ads Conversions Tag, and Facebook Ads Pixel; set up custom conversions.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business or equivalent.Google Search Certified.Google Display Certified.Google Analytics Certified.Seniority : Mid‑Senior level
